Description:
Outreach is described on its website as a “…non-profit, public benefit organization… committed to the mission of supporting older adults, individuals with disabilities and low-income families with their efforts to lead independent and self-sufficient lives.” Of the services it provides, the website states “Outreach’s Mobility Management Center (MMC) Web Portal is a one-stop virtual source for a number of transportation options and management tools for coordination.”
