The purpose of this report is to provide an overview of the latest best practices that can enable the effective delivery of MaaS applications, and to outline the crucial role of mobility management. Aligned with the most widespread definition of MaaS, we present a new framework for conceptualizing mobility management—city-facing digital solutions to optimize mobility services that public agencies will need alongside consumer-facing MaaS applications.
