A long sought after plan to build afforable housing next to the city’s newest train station received some crucial funding late last month The developer behind Meridian, an affordable housing project planned for a site next to the forthcoming Petaluma North train station, announced it received $20 million on Aug. 31 from a statewide funding initiative – another big piece of the puzzle in financing the $86.67 million project.
