Interested in learning more about programs from the US DOT that support transit-oriented development (TOD)? Join us April 14.
Federal programs offer financial and technical assistance for the planning and implementation of TOD and transportation capital improvements. Representatives from the Federal Transit Administration and the Build America Bureau will share details.
Attend the webinar for:
• Updates about financing tools, including Railroad Rehabilitation and Improvement Financing (RRIF) and Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) eligibilities related to TOD.
• Recent guidance and eligibilities relating to Joint Development, the TOD Planning Pilot Program and other emerging initiatives related to TOD.
• Examples and best practices from past or ongoing projects, with hypothetical examples of how these programs could be used in innovative ways.
There is also the potential to highlight some of the statutory changes from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that have implications for TOD projects, programs, and initiatives.
