With many things left uncertain during the international and national coronavirus outbreak, means of travel in the Eastern Panhandle remain a sure thing as leadership with the Eastern Panhandle Transit Authority and MARC train assure people routes will remain consistent for now. Elaine Bartoldson, executive director of EPTA, said the entity is following the COVID-19 outbreak closely and will adjust its services accordingly, but, for the time being, will be offering locals their regularly scheduled bus rides, operating business as usual.
