Resourceful (Brainerd, MN) aims to make the process more streamlined and help people get the help they need when they need it. Essentia Health, Wilderness Health, Generations Health Care Initiatives and Stratis Health partnered with Aunt Bertha to launch this platform earlier in 2021.
