This session will address Preventative Maintenance Outsourcing practices and procedures and will focus on small and rural agencies without in-house maintenance shops. Included will be comments relative to scheduling, meeting FDOT expectations, maintaining the appropriate paperwork, repair work and oversight of the overall process.
